Objectives, activities and expected/achieved results
This project aims to achieve the following general objectives:
- Reduce dependence on third parties, namely regarding outsourcing of cutting operations, to achieve higher quality levels and better deadline control;
- Diversify the client portfolio, ensuring no single client accounts for more than 10% of total turnover;
- Invest in very high voltage fittings, a segment with few players in both national and international markets and with higher added value;
- Adapt certain products for the Angolan, Mozambican, Norwegian, Spanish and French markets, in order to consolidate presence in these countries;
- Reduce production times by eliminating and automating certain operations, such as marking and drilling;
- Achieve a turnover of €3 million by 2025.
